Blocked gutters cost more than the clean

What the survey should flag

Clearing often reveals the real problems: sagging brackets, perished union seals, sections running back-to-front so water sits. A proper quote separates clearing (done on the day) from repairs (priced in writing, no pressure). Small repairs, resealing a union, refitting a slipped bracket, typically run £40 to £80 and are worth doing while the equipment is there.
