Why white uPVC goes green

What a proper wash covers

What cleaning will not fix

Washing removes growth and grime, not age. UV-chalked uPVC that has gone permanently dull, cracked boards, and timber roofline hiding under flaking paint are replacement conversations, and an honest cleaner says so on the survey rather than polishing the unpolishable. Timber fascias should not be aggressively washed at all: paint failure gets worse, and the quote should flag it instead.
